A word from the owner, ‘I am excited to re-energize the space that I have worked in for many years as head chef, to give the space the lift and efficiencies that it deserves and those that many locals have enjoyed before. It’s a product that I have believed in for a long time so now it’s time to extend it into a great and rewarding space for patrons to enjoy time and time again. I have worked in the industry for 22 years at some fabulous places in Melbourne, the last 10 in Italy 1 group 5 of them being here at Camberwell, it’s with this experience and influence that I now have the opportunity for myself to create you a vibrant, tantalising dining experience’.
