Combining authentic recipes, artisanal ingredients, and a passion for tradition, we create a unique dining experience. Italicious is a family-owned Italian kitchen in Trinity Beach, proudly rooted in four generations of the Fortunato family’s experience in meat craftsmanship. We prepare everything in-house: from handmade pasta to home-cured salumi, using local ingredients like Tablelands pork and seasonal produce from Far North Queensland. Our mission is to honour true Italian tradition with no shortcuts, no imported meats, and no compromises. Welcome to Italicious where food is history, heritage, and heart.

It’s time to say goodbye to Italicious.

This wasn’t an easy decision for the Fortunato family.
Italicious has been an important part of our journey, a place where we shared our food, our traditions, and so many great moments with all of you.

It was also here that many of you first discovered and enjoyed Fortunato products through our dishes. Your support gave us the confidence to take the next big step.

Today, that step is Fortunato Salumi. 🐷

We’ve decided to dedicate all our energy to this new chapter and to building something we truly believe in, with the ambition of taking Fortunato from Cairns to more and more of Australia.

To everyone who worked with us, supported us, shared a table with us, or simply came in for a good meal: thank you. 🤍
