Round 11!

This weekend we take on Atherton Roosters Senior Rugby League at home on Saturday 13th.

We will also be debuting our new Indigenous Round Jerseys!

Each of these grades has an exclusive sponsor for the next 3 years, and we thank them for coming on board and supporting this celebration of our teams diverse cultures!

For those that made the trip down to Vico Oval yesterday, you would have been treated to an cracking afternoon of footy!

Suburbs made the trip up the road in the mood to play, and all 4 grades where tough battles, with all games close at halftime,

But fortunately for Roo's we managed to pick up a gear in the second half to come away with good wins in all 4 grades

Game Day! Team Lists!

We have 4 games of footy lined up as we take on Southern Suburbs Rugby League Club Inc. at home at Vico Oval today, including our girls first game vs Suburbs new Womens team.

The weather is great, come on down for a big afternoon of footy, kicking off 1.30 with the womens game!

Times:
1.30 pm: Womens
3.00 pm: Under 19's
4.30 pm: Reserve Grade
6.00 pm: A Grade

This will be our Womens first game against the new Suburbs Womens team, so make sure you get down at 1.30 to catch what is sure to be a great game!

A couple of great wins for our Under 19's and Reserve Grade, With A Grade unfortunately coming up short.

Team Lists! Milestones!

This weekend, we want to take a moment to congratulate our A Grade halfback Shaun Stephens on his 50th A grade game for the club!

Shaun made his debut for A grade playing for Mareeba in 2022, before moving to to Kangaroo's the following year and being a mainstay in A grade ever since.

Its only fitting that he hit the milestone while playing against former club, This Saturday @ 6 PM at home!
Congratulations Shaun!

Shaun, we feel its only fair to suggest that if you don't score in your 50th vs your old club, You owe a box......

We encourage everyone to come down for a cracking afternoon of footy, its great weather and looks to be an amazing day of footy, with the juniors also having a home game, and flowing straight into the Seniors.

** Please Note, Kangaroo's will be celebrating indigenous round in round 11 vs Atherton at home, with custom jerseys across all 4 grades designed by a local artist. **
