This is Tisha⚓️🚢👩🏻‍✈️ Our Head Roaster, problem-solver, and the steady force behind every batch at Tattooed Sailor Coffee Roasters. From early mornings at the roaster to mapping out the week ahead, this video offers a closer look at her daily rhythm — how each roast is carefully approached, refined, and repeated with intention.

For Tisha, roasting is more than a role. It’s a commitment to growth, consistency, and building something meaningful for the team, the company, and the community around it.
