Il Forno was established in 1992 as a boutique, family-run pizzeria and today remains Palm Cove’s only authentic and original pizzeria specialising in real Italian-style pizzas using the freshest local and Italian ingredients. It is also the original place in Cairns to get a Nutella Pizza, unlike anything you’ve ever experienced – Italians have been enjoying this decadent dessert since the Ferrero company released the Nutella concept and it has since become a popular part of many dessert menus the world over.

Lunch in Palm Cove just got dangerously good. 🍕

This week’s special starts with our homemade rocket pesto, then brings together sweet cherry tomatoes, Italian pork sausage and a generous layer of creamy buffalo stracciatella.

Fresh. Rich. Slightly indulgent. Exactly the kind of pizza you plan your lunch around.

We’re open for lunch — come and get a slice of the good life before this special is gone.
