A Final Farewell to Our Cairns Community

I have spent a lot of time reflecting on when to say my final goodbye. Just as starting was difficult, bringing this journey to a close hasn't been easy either, which made it hard to find the right moment. But here I am, finally sharing these words.

From the time we opened before COVID-19 until today, there was never a moment that felt truly "easy." However, I was able to keep going because of the 99% of wonderful customers who supported us. Even the remaining 1% of difficult guests played a part; I grew because of them, and for that, I want to thank everyone.

There are so many faces and names in my mind right now—far too many to list here—but please know that I haven't forgotten a single one of you. Thank you.

I’m not sure what the future holds, but for now, it is time for me to step away. A whirlwind of emotions and thoughts is crossing my mind; it seems letting go of even a little is always the hardest part.

Thank you for everything. Please stay healthy and take care. To all our customers in Cairns: Goodbye for now.
