Founded in 2012, Sipping Duck is a small batch coffee roastery that believes in simplicity and quality. We are a family owned business with a team that is strong, friendly and dedicated. Our main goal is that you enjoy amazing, fresh and consistent coffee when you come to our cafes and when you brew it at home. Sergio from our local supplier farm in Mareeba, him and his amazing team are growing the beans we roast right here in Cairns. When he's not on the farm, he's been known to stop by for a coffee. That's the kind of relationship we like.

That visit reminded us why we do things the way we do. Real people growing coffee just up the range. Real decisions about how we roast it. All happening right here in FNQ.
