🌟 The Beetroot Sweet & Sour Chicken is one of the most popular dishes at Yada Thai and has a special story behind it.
✈️ Five years ago, our chef came to Australia as an international student and studied at TAFE. During that time, there was an opportunity to participate in a cooking competition. In the mystery box were beetroot and chicken 🥬🍗—two ingredients that inspired the creation of what is now our signature Beetroot Sweet & Sour Chicken.
👨‍🍳 The journey from student to chef and restaurant owner has not been easy for a new migrant. There were many challenges along the way, and in the beginning, we did not always get everything right. However, ❤️ our customers supported us, forgave our mistakes, and gave us the chance to improve.
🙏 Today, we are grateful to have many loyal customers who continue to support us. This dish is more than just a customer favourite 🍽️—it represents our journey, hard work 💪, and the kindness of the community 🤝 that helped us grow.
