As recommended by Nehuen, the Smoked Barra & Rocket Salad is a refreshing dish consisting of hot smoked local barramundi, tossed with rocket, fresh herbs, pickled onion and ginger limes, built on nori-salt smashed chats, garnished with sweet potato crisps, beetroot puree and aioli.
