2025 was a big year for us,
EBIYA made the move to Byron Bay, and we’re so thankful for all the support along the way.

So grateful for our amazing community and the people who make EBIYA what it is🧡🙏

at Byron farmers market on 23 Dec, and
at Mullumbimby farmers market on 24 Dec.

We’ll be back on Jan 6 (Tue), returning to regular hours.

**EBIYA Ramen Nights** RE-launch this Friday!

Chef Kiyoshi will be serving his signature **IYASAKA ramen** crafted especially for EBIYA’s Friday Izakaya Dinners.

✨ He’s preparing a special lineup of ramen for us:
・Yuzu Shoyu
・Miso
・Spicy Miso
・Tsukemen (dipping noodles)

— plus a revival of EBI’s *ZEN Tonkotsu* (yes, it’s back!)

And of course, IZAKAYA style small plates are here to share too💛

Starting next Friday (Nov 28), we’re launching Friday Ramen Izakaya Dinners!

Yes! EBIYA’s RAMEN NIGHTS are BACK!! 🍜✨

We’re teaming up with Chef Kiyoshix, one of Byron’s favourite ramen creatives,
for soulful, comforting ramen — plus izakaya-style small plates from Chef Ebi.

He’ll be serving his signature *IYASAKA ramen*, crafted into the best version especially for EBIYA’s Friday nights.

Perfect for warm summer nights with friends🍶🌙
We’ll be starting as BYO while we wait for our liquor license 🍻🍷

The Wagyu beef bowl was originally on our specials —
and it quickly became one of the most requested dishes!

We kept hearing, “Do you still have the Wagyu bowl?”
Well… good news — it’s now on our regular menu 🎉

In Japanese, we call it Gyudon (牛丼) —
“Gyu” means beef, “don” means rice bowl.
It’s one of the most popular home-style comfort foods in Japan, loved for being simple, hearty and full of flavour.
