Thank you so much for your beautiful heartfelt words and support at the news of our closure. It’s never easy to make these big decisions but sometimes you just have to trust…

We’re thinking that in celebration of this fabulous space and in honour of all the fun memories this Friday should be the FINEST Friday of all… So if you’re in the mood for a shin dig, get dolled up in your finest fashion and come down for a heck of a party… Croquettes and champagne baby… let’s go out in style… 🍾

It is with heavy hearts we announce that Supernatural will be closing its doors.

It has been a rollercoaster of a journey but we leave with the most fabulous of memories! We have met some truly AMAZING humans who have passed through this little slice of Paris.

We can’t thank you enough for your patronage, support and words of encouragement throughout these crazy 2.5 years! We are so proud of the good vibes and great times these walls have held.

This weekend will be our last so if you’re up for a vino with us we will be here Thursday night and from 12noon Friday and Saturday.

Some news from the Supernatural camp… We’re changing things up for winter and opening for Friday and Saturday lunches! Now that the chilly winter evenings are upon us we’re dialling back to Thursday, Friday + Saturday nights only BUT you can come enjoy the sunshine with us on Friday and Saturday from 12 noon. After you’ve soaked up the winter sun on the beach swing by for some oysters and a vino on the terrace… We’re excited to see you!

If you’ve been into Supernatural of late you’ll probably recognise our new manager and head chef Nicolas Varela.

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Nicolas left his profession as an accountant and coach behind and followed his passion for cooking (which he inherited from his mother and grandmother) Nico has been travelling and working in kitchens across the US and France before gracing our Aussie shores.

With an emphasis on Mediterranean cuisine Nico has been refining his creations for six months working in restaurants in Sydney and Perisher before moving to Fig Tree Restaurant in Byron Bay. Now we’re stoked to have him head up our Supernatural team!

When he’s not in our kitchen whipping up tasty new dishes or shaking you up a cocktail you might run into him out in the surf or at the soccer fields. If you haven’t met him, come say hola soon!

Yep, we really do need a new photographer… This one takes sips before snapping our delicious magic margarita!!

But we can’t blame her… it was a Friday, and the magic was calling… What makes our margi’s magic? We infuse our tequila with butterfly pea flower petals making it a divine dark blue… Shake this up with lime juice and it activates to the irresistible lilac colour.

Did you know some studies suggest that butterfly pea flower and the compounds it contain help support healthy skin and hair and may promote weight loss? Ha ha - not sure if we need to tout any bogus claims to drink this delish cocktail.

They are on our Happy Hour from 5-6 each day we’re open… You’ll have to come in to see what it actually looks like pre-sip! 🤪

Calling all mushroom lovers! Introducing our “Texture de Champignons” 🍄 The most delicious combination of mushroomy goodness, stuffed with zucchini, onion and walnuts on a bed of fennel purée topped with crispy leek. Oui s’il vous plaît!

When you feel like a red wine but it’s muggy AF outside… Enter the chilled red! Our delicious drop is from the Durigutti family winemakers in Mendoza, Argentina.

This wine is made from local variety Cereza which makes for a juicy, light red with remarkable freshness and vibrancy ✨ Verrrrry easy drinking on these balmy autumn nights!

Come try this along with our delicious new menu… Open from 5pm Tuesdays to Saturdays.
