This Monday, Rombe will be closed for something very special ā€” a beautiful love story taking over our space.

We love seeing Rombe become part of your celebrations, from everyday brunches to the biggest days of your lives.

Yesterday, our beautiful couple surprised us with thoughtful gifts from Taiwan, and in return, we gifted them a bottle of our handcrafted Rombe Wonder Gin.

People always ask usā€¦ ā€What exactly is Salmon Pastrami?ā€œ šŸ§”

Itā€™s one of Rombeā€˜s signature creations.

We start with a whole sashimi-grade salmon fillet, then cure it in-house using our own recipe. The result isnā€™t smoked salmon, and it isnā€˜t gravlax.

Itā€™s something uniquely Rombe.

Fresh. Buttery. Silky.

Today, two of our guests described it perfectly:
