Ok, so many of you have been calling asking if I'm open, wanting the Best Scones you've EVER had, that I'm dusting off the apron and will be back Saturday March 29th with my bestus Barista by my side Jeffrey.
We'll be doing Saturday and Sunday's 10.00 - 3.00. Will have lots of oven fresh scones, and lashings of jam and cream, and much more!
We live in crazy times, I apologise for my inconsistency in opening hrs but it is Super Hard running a small business these days. February 2022 was my 20th yr solely operating Pollys.
With Covid, opposition with plenty of money, health issues and just plain tired I know I've been bit all over the shop. Hope to see you soon XoX

Like my new page Bon Appetit and keep up to date on its opening.
Will be pre prepared eat at home meals delivered to your door free within the Burra Township. Will be a pre order system with weekly menu. Focusing on delicious, nutritious and packed with flavour. Bring the world to your table, there will be Moroccan, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Malaysian and much more. There will be of course Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan options. So let us do the work for you...
