Set against the Burleigh coastline, race day begins with a Ch*****ne Cocktail before settling in for a long lunch of Oscietra caviar, Wagyu tartare, freshly shucked oysters, Scotch fillet and WA lobster Wellington.

As the field lines up, the afternoon moves outdoors with live entertainment, dessert canapés and celebrations continuing poolside at Haven Pool Club.
