When I was 9 years old, I was doing this thing at church where you would get old envelopes with stamps on them. You would then soak them and use them in your stamp collection.... yes I collected stamps!

There was this one country that was called The New Hebrides and their stamps always intrigued me as I had never heard of that country. Then around 1980, we started to get these stamps in that were from a place called Vanuatu.

I remember asking Mum where it was and she didn't know. Being a librarian she went and found out the next day. She told me it was a new country in the South Pacific and that it used to be called the New Hebrides as an English territory. However now its its own country and independent.

That was 46 years ago and to the country that ended up being my home for 14 years , I just wanna say HAPPY 46th BIRTHDAY!!!

Well worth a watch - the big takeaway for us is the discussion around the entourage effect.
Aqueous Kava Extract or it ain't kava people! Luckily here in Oz that is all we have access to.
