Unfortunately, due to a recent incident involving a customer fraudulently using our loyalty card system, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend our loyalty cards while we review and improve the program.

We’re incredibly disappointed that a system we introduced simply as a way to thank and reward our loyal customers has been abused.

We know the vast majority of our customers are honest and do the right thing, and we’re truly sorry that this affects you. ❤️

If you already have a loyalty card, don’t worry—we will absolutely honour all existing cards. This is simply a pause while we work on a more efficient system.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support. We appreciate those of you who choose not to steal from small businesses.

To all of our overstimulated parents out there… you made it!!
That’s a wrap on the school holidays!
(for most schools anyway)

Thank you to everyone for your continued support throughout this very busy time for us. Both through the week + on the weekends!

What we appreciate:
🫶🏽Your patience, support, kindness, feedback + the laughs of course
😁Your acceptance that in a super busy period, your order might take a bit longer than usual

What we do not appreciate:
😑Rudeness
🪟Lingering at the window (this will not make us finish your order quicker. We are making orders in the order they were placed + as fast as we can)
💩People taking a dump in the middle of the bathroom floor… (yes, we’re serious)
⛔️Unsupervised kids stealing from our trolley

All in all though we’ve had a pretty good time + we hope you all did too!
