They’ve all spent time on the road with boi&eSKae. 👈🏼
For more than three decades, the Sunshine Coast duo have lived and worked across the music industry, travelling Australia and the world and working alongside some of the biggest names in music.
Now, they bring those experiences together with their own music in a live show that is as much about the stories as it is the songs.
A boi&eSKae performance takes audiences behind the scenes of life on the road — the people, places, characters, chaos and unexpected moments that come with working in the music industry at the highest level.
Alongside the stories are songs created from their own lives: original music shaped by years of travelling, performing, observing and experiencing the world around them.
There is another important thread running through the work of boi&eSKae: mental health and the importance of conversation.
Boi, a Gulf War veteran, brings another perspective to the duo’s music and storytelling. Both Boi and eSKae are active advocates for creating spaces where conversations about mental health can happen openly and safely — without judgement, stigma or guilt.
For them, music provides a natural meeting place where people can connect, listen, share experiences and, sometimes, simply feel that they are not alone. 🩵🫶🏼💫
