💚 A little heads-up for our customers

We’re sharing the Hinkler Central update that the lift is currently out of service.

We understand that this may create difficulties for some of our customers, particularly those with mobility issues, and we wanted to make sure you were aware before heading in. 💚

We’re hoping it’s back up and running very soon!

Thank you for your understanding, and as always, we look forward to seeing you at Cafe Central ☕️😊

LIFT UPDATE

We loved seeing all of your positive reactions when we recently shared the news that our lift was back up and running — and it was great to see it back in action too! 💛

Unfortunately, our lift is currently unavailable, and our team has already been in contact with the relevant technicians to have it operational again as soon as possible.

In the meantime, Hinkler Central remains accessible via our various entries.

A friendly reminder that wheelchairs, wheelie walkers and other mobility aids are not permitted on the travellators. Customers using mobility aids are encouraged to utilise one of our alternative accessible entry points (such as the Woolworths ramp and upper carpark) while the lift is unavailable.

We know how important the lift is to many members of our community, and we appreciate your patience while our team works to have it available again.

☕️ Introducing our brand-new… LATE ECLAIRS! 😂

We ordered LATTE ECLAIRS… but apparently our baker had other ideas! 🤣

So here they are — our delicious LATE ECLAIRS.
Because why be latte when you can be LATE? 😂☕️

Made with delicious coffee flavour, creamy filling and plenty of sweetness… these little beauties may have arrived late, but they’re definitely worth the wait! 😋

And yes… before you ask… we noticed the spelling too! 😂
We decided it was too funny NOT to share!

Great news for our customers with mobility issues! The lift is back in service 🙂

🎉 THE LIFT IS WORKING!!! 🎉

Great news for our Bundaberg shoppers — our lift is now up and running!

A huge thank you to our wonderful community for your patience and understanding while we waited for the specialised parts needed to get the lift back in operation.

We really appreciate your support and patience during this time, and we’re so pleased to have the lift available for everyone to use again.

We look forward to seeing it back in action!

Our wonderful Legacy volunteers are currently outside Kmart at Hinkler, raising funds to support the families of veterans.

Legacy has been helping veterans’ families for more than 100 years, providing care, connection and practical support when it’s needed most.
