UPDATE - WARUNG PERI
We would like to sincerely thank everyone for the incredible support, kind messages, comments, and understanding shown towards Warung Peri over the past week. The response from the community has honestly meant more to us than words can express.
At this stage, discussions are still ongoing and, for the moment, Warung Peri will continue trading as normal until there is further clarity moving forward.
We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support while we work through things, and we look forward to continuing to see everyone at the shop in the meantime.
Thank you again to everyone who has supported Peri, our staff, and Warung Peri over the years ❤️

After much thought, we would like to let everyone know that Warung Peri will be closing in the coming weeks following advice from the property owners that our tenancy arrangement will be ending.
This decision was not one we had planned or hoped for, and it is something we are very saddened by after being part of the community for the nearly five years.
When we first took over the shop, the premises had been sitting empty for some years. Through a lot of hard work, dedication, and support from the community, Peri built Warung Peri from nothing into a well-known local business, proudly maintaining a 4.9 Google review rating and creating a welcoming family-friendly place where people could enjoy Indonesian food in a relaxed atmosphere.
We are incredibly grateful for the support, kindness, friendships, and loyalty shown to us by our customers during this time. We would also like to sincerely thank our staff, both past and present, for all of their hard work, loyalty, and support over the years. Warung Peri would not have been what it became without them.
At this stage, we plan to remain open over the next two weekends, with the last day of trading being Saturday 24th May, before beginning the process of closing and clearing the shop.
We would truly love to see as many familiar faces as possible before our final day and thank everyone personally for supporting us throughout the years.

Warung Peri Update 🌿

Peri is back from his holiday and ready to get back into the kitchen!

We’ll be open again from 5pm tomorrow (Tuesday).
He’s really looking forward to seeing everyone and serving up your favourite dishes.

Dear friends and customers,
Peri will be taking a short break and will be away from 17th March for six weeks. Warung Peri will reopen again on Tuesday 5th May.
Before we head away, we will be open normal hours this week from Tuesday to Saturday, and we would love to see you if you can come in for a meal before we go.
Thank you to everyone for your continued support of Warung Peri. It truly means a lot to us and we look forward to welcoming you back again in May.

🎄✨ Holiday Update from Warung Peri 🎄
As we head into the festive season, we’d like to let everyone know that Warung Peri will be closed on Public Holidays, as well as Sundays and Mondays over this period.
We want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all our wonderful customers for your support throughout the year, it truly means a lot to us ❤️
We will be open Tuesday and Wednesday this week. After enjoying your classic Australian Christmas feast on Christmas Day, and working through those leftovers on Boxing Day, why not treat yourself to something a little different?
👉 We’ll be back open on Saturday, ready to serve up your favourite Indonesian dishes, full of flavour, spice, and comfort.
However you choose to celebrate the end-of-year festivities, we hope everyone stays safe, relaxed, and enjoys time with family and friends.
