The Shak Organic Cafe is seeking for an experienced chef or cook. Our cafe is the only Organic cafe in Buderim specialising in house-made gluten-free treats made from scratch using locally sourced quality and environmentally sustainable ingredients. We value our team and take pride in being able to cater to our customers with their dietary preferences and requirements.

About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Cook/Chef who is professional, energetic and hands on in the kitchen. This opportunity involves not only cooking but also baking house made treats as well. This role requires attention to detail and consistency in product output.

Trade qualified preferred but not essential.

Minimum 1 years experience as a breakfast cook is a must.

About The Cafe
We are a small boutique café in Buderim offering fresh, locally sourced and healthy meals to our customers. We combine a free spirited ambience with an emphasis on plant based, dairy free and gluten free meals - we are not vegan, but we strive to be inclusive and provide vibrant alternatives for all of our customers within a carefully curated, small select menu. We also buy local and support local businesses. Cafe is open 7 days a week from 6am with kitchen closing at 2pm Monday to Saturday and 1pm on Sunday.
