Trying to bring better, do better & still supply fish when wild is super rare. Check out their website for all of your questions answered, plus some ripper recipes. I know a lot of people in the industry who have visited Humpty Doo and they have a lot of good things to say about it. Farming is not all like Tassie Salmon. They do the best they can to bring you healthy sustainable fish, employ the Indigenous who are native to this land, respect the environment and keep the Barra happy at the same time. Plus it has an incredible clean buttery taste 💥
