The bustling energy, the hum of coffee and kitchen, and the positive vibes you can feel from people enjoying some time off.

Then, when you have that perfect shift, no major issues, things just work, and everyone is happy 😚🤌

Are we a bit extra about our Eggs Benny? Maybe, we think a proper Benny needs a little obsession 🍳

We start with house-made hollandaise (very important), balanced with acid, umami and a little pepper. Then we choose our bacon supplier carefully, we need bacon that crisps beautifully without being too fatty or too salty 🥓 Our free-range eggs must be golden inside 💛 and perfectly poached (always send it back otherwise) ↩️

Asparagus, wilted spinach and fresh chives bring the freshness 🥬, rounding out a dish that those who know a good Benny, will come back for.

When someone asks Alex what to order, Eggs Benny with Bacon is always one of his top picks ✅

Since Day 1, our “I’ll Have What She’s Having” Brekky Burger has been dealing out a good dose of table FOMO 🍔👀

Crispy streaky bacon 🥓, free-range fried egg 🍳, fresh spinach 🥬, cheddar 🧀, house-made relish and aioli, a house-made hash brown 🥔, all stacked on a brioche bun 🫓

It's always a safe bet when ordering breakfast.
