We have a thing for pastry.

There is the Braised Duck Pie, served on a bed of radicchio jam with jus poured tableside. And there is the Coral Trout Wellington, finished with a caviar butter sauce. Special occasion food that somehow also manages to feel like home.

Not every side dish gets its own post. This one has been quietly demanding one for a while.

Let the fish be the hero.

Today’s Crudo starts with a conversation. Every morning we work with a local fishing cooperative to source the best line-caught fish available. Whatever comes in becomes the dish. Served simply with Green Capsicum Gazpacho and Pickles, and let the rest speak for itself.

You already know we have a soft spot for the old things. The good things. The ones that never should have gone away.

If you grew up in Brisbane in the 90s, you know exactly what Midori smells like. You probably had your first one at a party you weren’t supposed to be at. We’re not here to judge. We’ve just done it properly this time.

The Green Room. Never Never Signature Vodka and Midori Melon Liqueur, balanced with pineapple, citrus and fresh cucumber. Clean, cooling and dangerously easy to drink. On the menu now.
