An award winning blend comprising of Spicy Shade Grown Costa Rican and Rich, Complex Brazilian Estate coffees. We then add a very high grade Indian Robusta roasted carefully, building a heavy body into the blend, to cut through all that milk for the “Bounce” we are looking for! An excellent strong flavour profile with bold caramels and very high caffeine. Medium to

COLOMBIA EL CAFETERA
An award winning organic single origin grown in deep volcanic soils 4000-6500 feet above sea level on the Eastern face of the Central Mountain range. The coffee cherries are wet processed and dried naturally in the sun. A well balanced, clean coffee, with lovely berry notes and a chocolate overtone when roasted to a full “City Roast” (medium) profile. BEST SUITED FOR: Espresso, Long Blacks, Machiatos, and MILD milk based coffees.
