Our Chardonnay is an easy match for the woodfire, particularly alongside the prawns, bright enough to cut through the char, with enough texture to hold its own with the richness of the dish.

Currently pouring a McLaren Vale Shiraz with cool red and blue fruit, subtle earth and coal dust, gentle oak and fine mineral tannins 🍇

This Shiraz is particularly at home with our daily fresh fish, Black Label Wagyu ribeye MBS 6+ with mustard greens and spiced beetroot, or slow-cooked spiced lamb shoulder.
