in Ho Chi Minh City is what the valley is to Brisbane. also happens to be the best place in the world to find street food and we want give you that same food experience but with a modern spin. We wanted to set up a little Banh mi cart on the corner but we didn't want the strange looks, so we decided to set up shop instead in the busiest part of the valley, as the locals would back home! In addition to all day Friday, Saturday and Sundays. We will now be open for takeaway and deliveries in the evenings Monday to Thursday as well.
