GREEN tea is as much a part of Japanese food culture as rice.
The Courier-Mail's Tokyo correspondent, Hiroshi Osedo, says many people have six or more cups a day.
Here in Brisbane, Rachel Uematsu and husband, Taka, are launching Raku-cha green teas into what is a rapidly expanding market.
