Gerrard Gosens (Chocolate Moments Chocolatier and owner) continues to aim higher….

Rockclimbing training continues and thanks to those guiding him to the top with voice commands and the use of their eyes and climbing knowledge, he is showing the improvement he’s been hoping for. A lot more work to go yet!

CRANK Indoor Climbing at McGregor have provided some much needed challenging climbs for training and guides like David has been very supportive and crucial for his ability to improve much need climbing skills.

CHOCOLATE is our thing!

In Australia, International Chocolate Day, is a nationwide celebration on July 7th that honors the introduction of chocolate to Europe in 1550.

It was so cool to be given the opportunity to share our passion for chocolate and how it has evolved into our family business over the past couple of decades in Brisbane.

Yesterday, 4BC reached out to ask if Gerrard would go into the studio to talk about one of our favorite subjects, the magic of chocolate. With our chocolate truffles in hand, he ventured in to have a fun conversation with 4BC Afternoons host, Carla Bignasca.

Gerrard Gosens, Chocolatier and athlete is heading to the Rockclimbing World Cup in Salt Lake City, but has stopped off at Los Angeles first to check out the venues for the 2028 Paralympic Games. He takes this opportunity to talk with fellow Australian Rockclimbing athlete, Sarah Larcombe.
