Raised in Northern Thailand, Chef Mew's love for food began in family kitchens, where meals brought people together and every recipe carried a story. After nearly a decade working in Brisbane's hospitality scene, she created Chaan Thai to share those flavours, traditions, and memories with the Paddington community.
