Well it’s been a while since I’ve had some time to do some cooking.
First on the list was 6kg’s of Smoked Garlic Paste and some Smoked Tallow.
Then the fun begins with some amazing Bindaree beef ribs from my awesome butcher Granville Butchery-QLD, and a Brahman Hump, they were both injected and rubbed and left in the fridge overnight . The injection was normal Coke, beef stock and Polly’s Black Sauce and rubbed with Morgo's Rubs new TEX-SPG and all this was cooked on the Trimal and ZGrills 700E-XL using a combination of Sambafireandbbq hickory and oak pellets
