Meet your new winter ritual. 🍎

Creamy oat porridge topped with slow-baked cinnamon apples, crunchy toasted grains and a spoonful of mascarpone. Warm, comforting, and just sweet enough to make getting out of bed worthwhile.

Meet our new Penne Wagyu Benedict.

Inspired by one of our chef’s original creations – the Mac & Cheese Benedict – we’ve taken everything we loved and given it a proper upgrade.

Instead of macaroni, we use penne for a better bite and texture. We fold it through a blend of three cheeses, add slow-braised wagyu, set it, crumb it, and fry it until golden to create our signature croquette. Finished with poached eggs, fermented chilli mayo, mustard hollandaise and house-pickled fennel.

A familiar favourite, reinvented. Now on our new menu.

Singapore customs, if you’re reading this... we only brought back inspiration. 👀🇸🇬

After eating way too many kaya toasts, we knew we had to create our own.

Our version features caramelised brioche, house-made pandan & coconut kaya, silky salted egg custard, mascarpone and meringue.
Not traditional.

Definitely delicious.

Available from today as part of our new menu. Come give it a try!
