Amigos, after much consideration, reflection and chats over coffee, we are ready to share that this month will be the last for us at Pueblo Brisbane. We both have realised that running a cafe business is really hard. For almost 4 years we have given more than what we thought we were capable of, which has been equal parts rewarding and exhausting. Learning to own and operate a business as we went along was what we always wanted (and dreamt of as we sat in many other little cafes). We are so grateful that together we were able to make this dream a reality and got to do it, working alongside an incredibly generous team and as a bonus - getting to know so many of you guys! However as with many other small businesses at the moment, the numbers are just not working to sustain it for another lease period. So with much sadness our last day of trade will be Friday 31 March.
