One round turns into lunch. Lunch turns into “should we stay for another?” 🍻

That’s weekends on the Rooftop. Wood-fired pizzas, brewery-fresh b**rs and your favourite people with a view over the Valley.

A little char, plenty of cheese and a cold b**r within reach. 🍕🍻

Gianni knows his way around a pizza. So well, he made one blindfolded. 🍕🙈

We’ll leave the dough to him. You keep your eyes on the last slice.

A table full of food and everyone reaching for the same plate. You chose well. 🍻

Get your mates up to the Rooftop for a spread worth sharing, brewery-fresh b**rs and a catch-up that carries on long after the plates are cleared.

Every b**r has a story. Ours starts in the Valley. 🍻

Named for the people, places and moments that give our neighbourhood its character, our brews are a toast to the place we call home.

Find your favourite and raise one to the Valley.
