Staying on top of social media is very hard, but here we are.
My mushroom gelato obsession is going strong with my Christmas line of Panettone filled with gelato, Yule log and small family cake.

La mia ossessione dei funghi continua con la mia linea di natale di panettone ripieno di gelato, il tronchetto e la torta per le piccole famiglie.

Always available in the display cabinet,
"Due torri" cake Is choc-hazelnut and salted caramel with the bitter sweet of the amaretti biscuit.
Some marble chocolate shards complete the look.

🇦🇺Many people, like me yesterday, spend their birthday at work, not everyone do their own dream cake though!
My two favourite colours together 🍋‍🟩lime green and 💜lillac for the velvet coating.
-passion fruit semifreddo, mango sorbet, raspberry jelly, pistacchio sauce

🇮🇹Molte persone, come me ieri, passano il proprio compleanno al lavoro, ma non tutti possono preparare la torta dei propri sogni al lavoro.
La mia combinazione di colori preferita, verde lime e lilla per l' effetto velluto.
-semifreddo frutto della passione, sorbetto al mango, gelatina di lamponi e crema di pistacchio.

Pumpkin spice latte gelato with a mootella center.
They were a nightmare to demould, but so worth it!

🇦🇺 WEDDING TIME! Romantic and rustic this two tiers cake is made only out of gelato and whipped cream, nothing else.
I loved the opportunity to get outside my comfort zone and I think these flowers will look so elegant in any colour. What do you think? 🪻💙🔷🪻💙🔷
