We’re thrilled to officially announce Emma Holbery in her new role as Head Chef at Tigre Vita!
Emma has been a much-loved part of our team for many years, previously working with us in restaurant management and front of house. And now, we’re incredibly excited to see her step back into the kitchen where she truly belongs.
An acclaimed regional hatted chef and owner of Templar Lodge in the Kiewa Valley, Emma brings over 28 years of experience across Victoria’s Alpine region. Her career includes leading kitchens at Villa Gusto, Templar Lodge and Pepperberry Restaurant at Hara House in Bright, alongside a range of standout regional dining experiences.
Emma is known for her intimate pop-ups, private dining events and collaborations throughout the High Country, showcasing the very best of Alpine Victoria.
Her cooking celebrates seasonal, locally sourced produce, native Australian ingredients and contemporary flavours, inspired by a deep connection to the region.
Emma has also put her own stamp on the Tigre Vita menu, adding new dishes and fresh ideas while staying true to the Italian soul that our guests know and love. Expect seasonal Alpine produce, native influences and Emma’s signature contemporary touch woven throughout some much-loved classics.
