Happy Camper Pizza is a Melbourne-based, award-winning pizza catering company, restaurant and warehouse event space. Since 2013, we’ve been firing up our fleet of restored vintage 1960s food trucks to serve wood-fired pizza, grazing boards, canapés and gelato at weddings, parties and events across Victoria. Every pizza is handmade using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with Gluten-Free and Vega

While guests see the finished product, every pizza begins days earlier. Our dough is carefully prepared 48 hours in advance using a recipe and method that changes with the seasons, helping to perfect the rise, texture and flavour.⁠

Every truck in our fleet has a story, but Bonnie II's is one of our favourites.⁠

The original 'Bonnie' Bedford joined Happy Camper in 2019 after being restored by a family of Bedford specialists, including an 80-year-old who had worked on the Bedford production line in the 1960s.⁠
⁠
When a gas explosion devastated our warehouse in 2021, 'Bonnie' was one of the hardest losses. She couldn't be saved.⁠
⁠
But her story didn't end there.⁠
⁠
After a two-year build, 'Bonnie II' Bedford joined the fleet in February 2025, carrying as many salvaged parts from the original 'Bonnie' as possible.⁠

'Bonnie II' is proof that even after the toughest setbacks, something beautiful can be rebuilt! ❤️🍕⁠
