It's hard to believe, but my time as owner of Maitland St Collective is coming to an end. My last day will be Saturday the 10th Jan.
I want to thank our loyal customers, staff, friends, and family for their support. This place has been my passion, and I'm so grateful to have had the chance to have my dream job.
Memories made here will stay with me forever. Don't worry, some of our favorite faces will still be here with the new owner and so will some of your go-to menu items.
