✨ Things happen — it’s how you make them right that matters! ✨

Yesterday one of our lovely customers contacted us after picking up her cake and explained that unfortunately, it had been damaged during the drive home. 💙

We were more than happy to help! She brought the cake back to us, and we were able to repair it and have it looking brand new and celebration-ready again. 🥹🎂 Just look at that before & after!

At Eve’s Cookie Co, customer satisfaction means so much to us. We genuinely want every customer to walk away happy, confident and excited about their order.

Running a small business isn’t about everything always going perfectly — things happen! What matters is how you communicate, find a solution and look after your customers when they need you. 💕

We’ll always do our best to help where we can, because happy customers who trust us enough to return are what keeps our little business growing. 🫶🏽

Thank you for continuing to support Eve’s Cookie Co. 💗
