Café Attendant

The butterfly house Twisted Wonderland Cafe is looking to increase their amazing Cafe team by 1 person, moving into the busy season.

This position is Ideal for 1 day a week out of school holidays with flexibility to cover sick staff or staff on leave. This position will also suit someone looking for extra work over the busy school holiday periods. Hours will be 9:30-2pm. Flexible on which day of the week Tue-friday.

We are looking for a customer service orientated hospitality staff member, who will ensure all of our customers have a magical experience.

1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Experience working in a fast paced cafe/restaurant environment
3. Coffee making skills,
4. Food preparation skills
5. Junior staff supervision and delegation
6. Attention to detail
7. Ability to work fast, efficiently and under pressure as we get busy during school holidays.
8. The drive to create a ‘Great’ customer experience

Twisted Wonderland Cafe is really starting to be an incredible immersive space where you can lose your mind.
If you haven't already called in for a cup of tea, be sure to do it, not only do we have the best Tea, we have the best scones baked daily onsite. So venture down the rabbit hole, and get lost in Wonderland.
