Club Vino N°3 - Ocean Eight comes to Bondi.

Mike Aylward of Ocean Eight joins us from the Mornington Peninsula to co-host with James Johnston of World Wine Estates.

Discover Mike’s Chablis-inspired Verve Chardonnay, poured by the man who’s been making it since 2004. It’s a wine that calls for oysters, so we’re pairing it with Sydney Rocks from our friends at East 33.

Handmade Cavatelli with Cannellini Bean & Yumbah Mussels to follow, and Ocean Eight wines by the glass and bottle on the night.

Brunch in the Dining Room: Pane & Frutta to share with fresh Peach Bellinis, then Caramelised Onion Frittata with Zucchini Flower and Kurobuta Guanciale, or Smoked Salmon with Potato Cake and house Béarnaise.
