In 2011 we opened Sydney’s very first osteria, a little corner of Italy in Bondi Junction. Fifteen years later we’re still making pasta by hand every night, and so many of you have gone from regulars to friends. You’ve brought us your birthdays, your first dates and plenty of long family Sundays. Grazie, Sydney. 🇮🇹
