Last night we sent the final plates out for our autumn menu, massive appreciation to all that came and dined with us over the past few months.

We are taking a quick break to revamp and reset for the upcoming winter menu.

Ok,we can give you a peak at the feature main, our slow braised Aniseed Guinness Roo with Bush Mint Mash & Honey Macadamia Dutch Carrots.

Launch of the winter menu begins on June 26th.

Lastly massive thanks to our MM team, they've been steering this restaurant for the past 3 months and what an honour to mentor this group it has been!

Having the opportunity to host a Native Food curation for the Destination NSW Focus On NSW Trade Event at the Sydney Opera House Yallamundi room on Gadigal country, is something I will long remember.

The night of cultural story and sharing First Peoples interpretation in a culinary space with some of the oldest flavours on the planet, was a powerful and impactful moment for all on the night.

Always grateful to our catering partner Trippas White Group led by Chef Jimmy and team for doing an amazing ex*****on of our menu as always.
