Last week we prepared and served 200+ superfood smoothies and cold-pressed juices for students starting their university journey.

Start with frozen Açai cubes + frozen mango chunks (if you have them already) + a splash of coconut water, then add a spoon of coconut yoghurt for creaminess. Blend on high, scraping sides once. Tip: pulse frozen banana last for texture. Top with granola, sliced banana or berries and a drizzle of honey. Pantry swaps you can try: frozen mixed berries for açai, coconut yoghurt for peanut butter or almond butter, oats for granola.
