Thank you to our loyal customers over the last 8 years at Lake Weeroona , we are incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement you have given us.
However over the last 12 months I have become increasingly burnt out, and can see my babies turning into young adults far too quickly for me not to soak up every moment.
As a result I have decided to end our lease with Lake Weeroona,
This decision has not come lightly , I think I've really gone back and forth with it for the last 12 months, but something had to give - I feel incredibly guilty for all involved
I'm very proud that we were the first to really bring something like this to Bendigo and I do hope you have the sweetest memories from Lake Weeroona.
I'll be forever grateful to my mum for believing in my idea enough to go out and purchase our van, and to Rick for jumping on board and doing dishes for us week after week.
And thankyou too my family, especially my girl Harper, I hope your proud and can see that women can do incredible things.
What's next ? π
For now our Lake Weeroona chapter has closed, I would love to pop up every now and then in different locations around Bendigo, and may even go back to some delivery days. I would be so grateful if anyone with a spot or an idea would pop it below or send me a message.
And to whoever takes over this magnificent location, I wish for you more flexibility ;) we were really trying for a long time to gain a part time lease and share this wonderful location resulting in decreasing our fees and bringing in some amazing foodies over the week. (we were paying for 7 nights whilst being there 1) However with no success.
A million , billion , trillion times thankyou.
Forever grateful and will miss you but also hope to see you one day soon.
I've uploaded some memories below
We love you truly π
Kaela , Joanne and Rick from Two Twisted Tarts
