🐙 OCTOPUS. FIRE. FLAVOUR. AND A VERY GOOD REASON TO GO OUT THIS WEEKEND. 🔥

Tender grilled octopus, coated in a rich, savoury doubanjiang glaze, sitting pretty on silky cauliflower purée with a little zing from pickled cauliflower.

Smoky. Spicy. Silky. Tangy. Every mouthful has something going on. And that's exactly how we like it! 😍

Of course, great food deserves great company. And possibly a cracking glass of w**e. Or a cocktail. Or both. We don't judge. 🍷🍸
