From a cooperative of around 3,700 farmers to a single processing station at Gakuy-ini, this coffee has a pretty special story behind it. Carefully sorted, fully washed, fermented overnight and dried on raised beds, there’s plenty of care that goes into every lot. In the cup, expect a fruity, juicy coffee with notes of plum, kiwi, black currant and strawberry, with a smooth mouthfeel carrying notes of toffee and orange.
