We’re hiring our first What the Guac supervisors.
Not just to fill shifts. To help build this thing properly from day one.
We’re looking for a few great people to join us in casual supervisor roles as we get ready to open sometime after mid-October. So if you’re already in a solid hospo role but thinking about your next move, this gives you a bit of time to plan it properly.
This is a chance to be part of the setup of a brand new venue, help shape the team and culture, and build the kind of workplace people actually enjoy being part of.
We’re after reliable all-rounders who genuinely enjoy customer service and care about giving every customer a great experience. You’ll be running shifts, opening and closing, supervising staff, and jumping in where needed across the business.
A few good things to know:
Casual roles under the Fast Food Industry Award
20+ hours available, with more for the right people
Flexible mix of weekdays, weekends and early evenings
Full training provided
Previous supervisory experience is a bonus, but strong hospo experience and the right attitude count for a lot
Once trained, you’ll also be part of hiring and training the rest of the team, which is a pretty fun way to start.
If this sounds like your kind of role, send your resume to [email protected] and tell us a bit about yourself, what you’re looking for in your career, and what your ideal work week looks like.
Not a supervisor but keen to be part of What the Guac? We’ll be advertising other team roles really soon, but feel free to send your resume through now and get ahead of the crowd.
