✅ This position is suitable for an applicant with previous café and barista experience.

🕖 Hours: Monday 6am – 10am with the possibility of more hours in future.

💥 What you'll be doing:
• Making coffee and helping manage the morning coffee rush
• Serving customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Working as an all-rounder across all areas of the café
• Making sandwiches, wraps and simple food
• Preparing milkshakes, smoothies and iced drinks
• Handling cash and taking orders
• Washing dishes
• Stocking fridges and keeping the café clean and tidy
• Helping the team wherever needed during busy periods

⚡ We're looking for someone who:
✔ Is a confident and experienced barista
✔ Is friendly, approachable and committed to providing excellent customer service
✔ Is a capable café all-rounder and happy to jump between coffee, food prep and customer service
✔ Can work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Is punctual and reliable (non-negotiable)
✔ Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Works well as part of a team
✔ Takes pride in doing things properly
✔ Can complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
✔ Has basic reading, writing and numeracy skills
✔ Can confidently handle cash and give correct change
