• an Apprentice Chef, or
• a gun kitchen hand with solid cooking experience

Full-time | Immediate start | Beechworth

This is hands-on, real cooking in a busy, quality-driven kitchen. You’ll be working with good produce, learning proper techniques, and being part of a small team that takes pride in what goes out on the plate.

You’ll need:
• a strong work ethic and good pace
• genuine interest in cooking and learning
• reliability and a positive attitude
• kitchen experience (for the kitchen hand role)
