Well.. that escalated quickly.
Tonight was one of those nights where you look around, look at the docket rail, look at each other, then quietly wonder if you’ve made the right decision 😂
To put it into perspective..
📋 140 orders processed.
With two team members off sick, it was just myself, Ryan, and three newer staff members holding down the fort.
One was on their very first shift.
One was on their second.
And one has only been with us a few weeks.
And honestly? We couldn’t be prouder.
They kept calm, worked hard, asked questions, supported each other and pushed through what can only be described as organised chaos.
Were we perfect? No.
☎️ We accidentally left a customer on hold.
🍟 We missed an item from an order.
⏰ There were definitely some waits.
To those affected, we’re genuinely sorry and incredibly grateful for the patience and understanding you showed us.
Running a small business isn’t always smooth sailing, but nights like tonight remind us how lucky we are to have such an amazing community behind us.
